This is a vintage 70s sheer cotton tie dye soft jacket. Light and airy, it is a perfect summer layering piece. Bright orange tones mix with pale green and cream in a swirling tie dye pattern. It is an open blouse with pleating at the shoulders and waist for definition, and butterfly sleeves.
